The primary purpose of the foundation is to allow families who have children with disabilities and additional needs to have access to high quality estate planning services. It could be as simple as writing a Will or there may be a need for complex trust planning. Either way we will try to help.
As a child enters adulthood parental responsibility comes to an end, at that point it may be necessary to apply for a deputyship order for a child. This can be done from the child's 16th birthday. Loving legacies can help with affordability and guiding you through this complex situation
If you have a child with disabilities or additional needs a family trust can be a huge benefit. They can also be quite expensive to set up. At Loving Legacies we can offer access to these specialist services where a family would not otherwise be able to afford it.
Bereavement Support
When a child with disabilities dies, a funeral director will often offer a basic service for free.
But it really is a basic service, at Loving Legacies we can offer assistance with the extras - Flowers, Memorials etc.

Other projects
Lasting Powers of Attorney for children with learning difficulties as the turn 18 can be provided where appropriate.

We also provide access to care planning. Or, tax planning for families with existing trusts.
